Good Shepherd Catholic School strives to educate the whole child. The teachers use the curriculum standards published by the Diocese of Dallas as the main source for determining the course of instruction. Special attention is given to developing age and skill appropriate teaching practices to meet the needs of all students. All students receive instruction in the core courses of religion, math, English, reading, science and social studies as prescribed by the accrediting agency TCCED. Students also receive instruction in the specialty subjects of music, art, physical education, technology, and Spanish.
Good Shepherd Catholic School follows the curriculum standards approved by the Catholic Schools Office of the Diocese of Dallas and used in all Catholic schools throughout the diocese.
